Abstract
Gamma-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptor protein in one of key proteins in the neuronal signaling pathways and communications. The given sequence, corresponding to chain A of GABA receptor, is proceeded into docking process against two ligands, Cannabinol and Tetrahydrocannabinol. Protein-ligand docking results indicate that both ligands show inhibitory properties against the GABA receptor, highlighting their roles as GABA-inhibitor drug candidates. Furthermore, Tetrahydrocannabinol shows higher inhibition which could be advantageous in more inhibition requirements.
