Thesis Title: Machine learning analysis of single-cell genomics data in celiac disease
I received my master's degree in Bioinformatics from the "University of Tarbiat Modarres." My master's project was about the "inverse RNA folding problem." We presented the "HomoRNA" method to address this problem.
This project won 3 awards in Iran.
I received my bachelor's degree (2017) in computer science from the "University of Tabriz." In addition to my common lessons, I attended a workshop on programming code and parallel programming on shared memory and distributed systems at this university.
My bachelor's project was about "location problems."
I received my diploma's degree (2013) in mathematics and physics from the Ayatollah Taleghani (Mansour) Highschool (NODET) in Iran.
